Located in the Notoriously Popular Downtown Area of Summit, NJ.
Summit is one of my favorite towns to visit when I want to grab a quick lunch or enjoy a fun night out for dinner. Downtown Summit is notorious for its 19th-century architecture and cute little boutiques. It’s always a fun place to walk around with a Starbucks coffee in hand and visit the shops. The Short Hills Mall is only a 10-minute drive away but, sometimes it’s nice to just get some fresh air.
With hundreds of unique places to choose from, I’m positive you’ll find something that fits your taste. I highly recommend stopping by Lululemon Athletica if you’re trying to find fashionable and comfortable workout gear. They’re one of the top brands because their collections always set the standards!
After spending the whole day shopping and returning home to freshen up, I suggest you head back for dinner at the Huntley Taverne. A seasonal American restaurant is known for its divine service, delish drinks, scrumptious entrees, and sophisticated ambiance. Even offers three different rooms to choose from if you’re looking to book a private event.
An upstairs Loft that fits 50 guests for a sit-down dinner or a cocktail party. An enclosed Porch that’s perfect for a party of 25 guests. Or, book the Chef’s Room for a more private and intimate dinner with 12 guests. It’s a perfect location for almost any occasion.
On their menu, you’ll find a plethora of options to choose from. Starting with the Crispy Calamari Salad, the Spicy Tuna Tartare, or the Appetizer Trio made to share. Followed by your choice from 10 different entree selections or one of their wood-fired pizza pies. I highly recommend trying the Asian Plum Pork Chop, the Filet Mignon, or the East Coast Swordfish with a side of the roasted sweet potatoes drizzled in maple brown butter and herbs! The taste is unbeatable!
