Why The Committed Pig?
The Committed Pig restaurant is an award-winning restaurant with three NJ locations in Morristown, Manasquan, and Summit. Starting back in 2009, after the worst economic crash in America, partners Jeryy Rotunno and Tony Monteiro opened their first restaurant in Summit, NJ. But, it wasn’t until the opening of their 2nd and 3rd locations that Jerry’s vision of “The Committed Pig,” restaurant came to life. “The instant success focused on contemporary comfort food, highlighting gourmet burgers and an á la carte brunch,” as mentioned in their story online.
