Today I wanted to take a moment to announce some major accomplishments on behalf of Signature Realty NJ!
First and foremost, as CEO of Signature Realty NJ, I am proud to announce Signature Realty NJ as the #2 Independently owned Boutique Real Estate Firm in ALL of Union County for total sales volume (as per Garden State MLS). In addition, our office is the #4 Independently owned Boutique Real Estate Firm in ALL of Garden State MLS for total sales volume. Keep in mind that there are thousands and thousands of real estate agents registered in the entire Garden State MLS. These statistics are phenomenal and quite impressive, to say the least. I am honored and appreciative of all the hard work that all the members of my brokerage, Signature Realty NJ, put in to make us the best! I know that we will finish off 2018 in the first place! As Gary Vaynerchuk would say, let’s #CrushIt guys!

2017 was an amazing year but, I am committed to making 2018 even better. I work hard every day and strive to be the best in the Real Estate industry. After 16 years, I still love my career and I’m willing to go above and beyond for my clients. As Tom Ferry would say, “Be The Knowledge Broker.” Real Estate is a people business because you deal with people every single day. In order to succeed you have to be willing to provide value to the people.
My husband Jon Steingraber and I recently launched The Michelle + Jon Real Estate Show to do just that. We both have many years of experience working in the real estate business and expertise in this field to share. The Michelle + Jon Real Estate Show focuses on buying, selling, and investing in homes. We also spend time discussing marketing and branding tips to help grow your business. Every Monday at 7:30 pm we air our show on FB LIVE on our channel. Speaking of contests, I’d like to announce the official launch of Signature Realty NJ‘s first #SignatureTank 2018! If you’ve ever watched Shark Tank, you know exactly the reference I’m making. The concept for #SignatureTank was created by my husband, Jon Steingraber, who is now the Chief Operating Officer of Signature Realty NJ. He’s taking full advantage of his new role and truly setting the standards high for our brokerage. I know that he is going to take Signature Realty NJ to the next level!
The idea behind Signature Tank is that Top Real Estate Producers from Signature Realty NJ interview new licensed agents to have a chance to work on their team.
