If you’re looking to further your education, Union County College is nearby. Also, Seton Hall University is only 8 miles away and Kean University is only 7 miles away.

Westfield’s downtown is so intriguing that a few of its landmarks have been featured on NBC’s show, Ed. Shopping and restaurants isn’t the only thing that the suburb has to offer. The Westfield Memorial Library, originally founded in 1873, houses 24 public computers, over 250,000 books, a youth services area, and areas for studying. The library also offers computer instruction services, children’s storytime, and classes for both adults and children. Another historic place to visit is the Miller-Cory House Museum, which gives its visitors an idea of what it was like to live during colonial times.

The 44-acre park includes a pond, a picnic area, and nature trails.
